Need a fresh recipe for a delicious summer salsa? How about this quick and easy recipe full of fresh ingredients? Picante is usually used to describe a chunkier salsa, but depending on how chunky you like yours, you can chop the veggies either large or small.

Pineapple Picante Salsa

4-5 ripe tomatoes, chopped fine (or 1 28oz can drained diced tomatoes)
1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored & chopped
1 sweet onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 red pepper, chopped fine
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped fine
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 TBSP lime juice
1 TBSP olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together, and serve with tortilla chips.
