Scallops have got to be my all time favorite dish! When we were on our honeymoon in Nova Scotia 6 years ago, we were delighted to have some of the nicest scallops available in the world! I recently *invented* this recipe, and found it to be very tasty!
Scallops with Garlic Butter and Parmesan Cheese
10 – 12 Large Sea Scollops
2 TBSP. Butter
1 TBSP. Lemon Juice
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 TBSP. Parmesan Cheese, grated
Saute Scallops in the Butter over medium heat. When partially cooked, add in lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. Continue to saute until scallops are white in colour, but still soft. They will get tough if cooked too long, so be careful!
Goes nicely with rice pilaf or buttered noodles, or baked potato.
I wonder what happened to the minced garlic?
